I’m Richard Hynek, a two-time Spartan Trifecta World Champion with over a decade of experience competing at the highest level of endurance sports. Over 107 races, I’ve earned 77 podium finishes, including three 2nd-place spots at the Spartan World Championship and multiple European titles.
Spartan racing has been my true passion and proving ground — pushing my limits through some of the toughest courses and obstacles worldwide. My career highlights include winning the toughest Spartan Race in history and consistently ranking among the top athletes globally.
While I recently stepped into HYROX competition with a strong debut, my primary focus and greatest successes remain rooted in Spartan racing, where I bring unmatched experience, dedication, and results to every athlete I coach.

Is RH Training Club only for experienced athletes?
Not at all. We work with athletes of all levels—from complete beginners to seasoned competitors. Your plan is fully customized based on your experience, goals, and available time.
Do I need access to a gym to follow the training?
No. We can adapt your training for home workouts, minimal equipment, or outdoor environments. Your plan will always match your current conditions and resources.
How does online 1:1 personal coaching work?
After an initial consultation and onboarding, we build your individual training plan inside our coaching platform. There you’ll find detailed workouts, video demonstrations, progress tracking, and ongoing communication with your coach. Read more about 1:1 spartan coaching.
How much time do I need for training each week?
That depends on your goals and availability. We create training plans that fit real-life schedules, whether you have 3 days a week or you’re training daily. Consistency and smart progression matter more than volume.
Do you only train athletes for Spartan competitions?
Spartan Race & HYROX is our specialty, but we also coach for running performance, strength development, and general hybrid fitness. If your sport demands both endurance and strength—we’re ready to help.
